We do not really have terms yet as it is a waitlist.

When terms and conditions change we ask your consent.

1. About us

Le Coup is operated by 3-102-962728 SRL, a company registered in the Republic of Costa Rica under company registration number 3-102-962728 ("Le Coup", "we", "us"). By joining the waitlist you acknowledge that full terms and conditions will be provided before the service launches.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to join the waitlist or use our services.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You may not use our services if you have previously been excluded or self-excluded from gambling services.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

3. Account registration

To access our services you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to verify your identity at any time and to suspend or close accounts where verification cannot be completed or where we suspect fraudulent activity.

4. Deposits and withdrawals

• Deposits must be made from a payment method in your own name. We do not accept third-party payments.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Processing times vary by payment method. We aim to process approved withdrawals within 3–5 business days.
• We reserve the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud or breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses and promotions

Any bonuses or promotions are subject to separate bonus terms which will be communicated at the time of the offer. General principles:

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• We reserve the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

6. Responsible gaming

We are committed to responsible gaming. We offer tools including deposit limits, session limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. Details are set out in our Responsible Gaming Policy. If you feel your gambling is becoming a problem, please use these tools or contact a support organisation.

7. Fair play and prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Use any software, bot, script or other automated tool to interact with our services.
• Exploit software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Engage in collusion, cheating or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Use our services for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Reverse-engineer, copy or reproduce any part of our platform.

Breach of these rules will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual property

All content on lecoup.com — including text, graphics, logos, game assets and software — is the property of Le Coup or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or indirect, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
• Our total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Account closure and termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law. On termination, any real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be referred to our customer support team. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Costa Rica. We are committed to resolving complaints fairly and promptly — contact us at [email protected].

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or in-site notification. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version is always available on this page.
